As an executive coach, Kim helps current and aspiring leaders develop the confidence, influence and strategies they need to advance their careers and achieve their professional goals. She is passionate about helping women, people of color, and others who have been traditionally underrepresented in leadership, to advance to more influential roles. Kim has coached hundreds of professionals and presented to corporate and academic audiences, including Fidelity Investments, GE Healthcare, Johnson Controls, etc. She is regularly sought to train, coach, and mentor professionals on the art and science of leadership. Prior to coaching, Kim spent many years at EMC Corporation. She has a BA in psychology and an MBA from Boston College, and is an ICF-certified and CCE Board Certified Coach. Kim holds a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
