Santa Clara, CA, September 14, 2016 - WITI (Women in Technology International) and Will Marré, announced today the launch of the WWM Smart Power Leadership Training Center. Will Marré will lead the Center as Partner/Director.

The WWM Smart Power Leadership Center programs will help men and women understand and be inspired by the new science-validated, leadership operating system necessary to gain and sustain a competitive advantage under the new realities of business.

On September 14th from 5:00pm - 7:30pm, WITI will be kicking off the WWM Smart Power Leadership programs at a Networking Event in Silicon Valley, followed by a one-day workshop on October 26/27, 2016, also held in Silicon Valley.

"Under the leadership of Will Marré, our training center will deliver leading edge, best practice training and consulting to organizations committed to providing the men and women in their organization best practice collaborative tools designed to increase innovation, competitiveness and revenue" said Carolyn Leighton, Founder/CEO of WITI.

"The SMART Power system ignites innovation and drives profitability in our hyper-competitive and disruptive economy. Mutual paradigm shifts and specific behaviors proven to enable men and women leaders to work better together", said Will Marré, Partner/Direction of the WWM Smart Power Leadership Center.

The Will Marré Presentation was one of the most popular at the recent Women in Technology Summit, which had over 1,000 attendees.

The key findings of the Apple to Zappos Science of Leadership project will inspire adoption of the SMART Power leadership model. The model provides participants the behaviors, mindset and skills to succeed in today’s "team of teams” business environments where customer value innovation and failure proof execution are a priority.

Colleen Kane, Vice President, Strategy and Recruiting at the Mice Group said, "Will presented a whole new way for me to take charge of my work, my career and my life. It was inspiring."

This event is open to everyone, both men and women
